About our Speaker:
Tina Gillespie
Tina Gillespie is currently the Content Strategist and Lived Experience Advocate for Parkinson’s Australia. She has been heavily involved in the Parkinson’s community since her husband was diagnosed with young onset in 2021, advocating through fundraising and awareness-raising initiatives. She is coordinator of the 2023 WPC Carer’s What’s App Group and Young Onset Parkinson’s South Australia Group. She holds a master's degree from University of Chicago and lives with her husband, their 2 kids and 2 dogs in the Adelaide Hills.
